How long does it take for my order to ship? Regular orders can take up to 5 business days to process (counting starts on the following day) and then they are shipped with the chosen method.

Express orders take a maximum of 2 business days to ship (counting starts on the following day). In order to place one, simply choose the 'Express Shipping' method.

A tracking number is automatically emailed when the order is shipped.

Do I have to sign for my package upon arrival?

For orders of $500.00 and up, you or an authorized person must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, USPS will leave a re-delivery slip.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a USPS tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or a hotel or motel address.

Do you ship international? We offer international shipping at checkout to most countries worldwide.

Some international orders might be taxed by the customer's local customs; however most of our international orders are delivered without any customs' fee. We don't refund customs fees.

Can I return my order if it does not fit well? All sale items are final sale; some may be accepted in exchange for a different size if we have it in stock. If you’ve had your regular priced order for more than 14 business days it is only valid for an exchange. All non-sale items are eligible for refund if returned unworn and in mint condition. If your return is not in brand new condition, it will not be accepted for return. How do I return my order? All returns should have a postmark that is no later than 10 business days from the date you received your package.   Please return the product to the following address with a copy of your receipt. Simply notify us by e-mail of your return. How many days will it take for me to be refunded? Refunds are made with the same payment method used on the initial purchase. They take up to 5 business days to be processed after the package is received from the mail. An email notification is automatically sent notifying the costumer about the refund.

*We don't refund shipping costs or customs fees.

How do I exchange my order? All exchanges should have a postmark that is no later than 14 business days from the date you received your package. Once we've received your return, we can either send you a store credit of the amount to make another purchase or you can exchange it for another product you'd like. Please return the product to the following address with a copy of your receipt. Simply notify us by e-mail of your return and please include instructions for your exchange by writing on your receipt.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@marilynmillscollection.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but in some cases we will be unable to cancel orders, such as orders that have already shipped.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at MARILYN MILLS without creating an account.
